Argentine Tango and Folk Dances for Kids and Pre-Teens: (Teachers Oscar Caballero & Roxana Garber)
Structured in two groups: 5 to 8 years old and 9 to 13 years old.
Kids learn to dance Argentine Tango, Argentine Folk Dances With dance technique.
They also learn to play the "Bombo" and other aborigine instruments and tap Malambo.
This is a beautiful atmosphere where they have fun.

LA Style Salsa is an exciting, elegant, and sensual dance. Lessons include terminology, hold positions, Salsa dance steps, turn patterns, and suave footwork "shines".

This class will show you how to achieve a fit and supple body with a strong and flexible core that will help you improve your dancing and your poise. All of the postures are modified for beginners, intermediate or advanced. These postures work on all of the body systems building muscular strength increasing energy, flexibility, balance, endurance and performance releasing tension, improving overall health

These classes bring total well being while the body learns to stretch properly, to breath adequately and to relax in the best way possible. Students start feeling much better day by day, more flexible, and in a contagious "good mood", as a consequence of a proper oxygenation of the body , creating the well known "BODY -MIND CONNECTION". The system applied is called SIVANANDA HATHA YOGA. No previous practice is required. Every student learns to respect his body limitations , and enjoys, class by class, the feeling of progress, since only by constant practice the muscles, ligaments and respiratory system start functioning to its best.
